The Pavel Novotný Endowment Fund provides psychosocial support to oncology patients, and supports day care centers and healthcare facilities. It operates at the University Hospital in Ostrava, the Vítkovice Hospital, and hospitals in Opava, Havířov, Frýdek-Místek, and Prague.
We contribute to the foundation financially, and also volunteer in cafés at the hematology and hemato-oncology departments in Ostrava and Opava, where we serve coffee and refreshments to patients.
During the Advent season, we visit patients in these departments, trying to bring smiles to their faces through live music performances.
